Shelly D. Rice OD

Dr. Rice is a graduate of Northeastern State University College of Optometry and has been in private practice in Wagoner for over 9 years. She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree from Southwestern Oklahoma State University in Weatherford. She is a member of The American Optometric Association, the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians, the Lions Club of Wagoner and is an elected member of the board of directors of the Wagoner Chamber of Commerce. She has been an examining doctor for the NSU College of Optometry and their National Vision in Preschoolers Study Program for the last five years.
